Windows 7 64bit

Here's a nickle kid, go buy yourself a real OS that supports colon in filenames.

Windows has all kinds of stupid limitations that are enough fun making git-annex support, without trying to make its source/website repo also avoid them.

The solution is cygwin; git-annex's windows autobuilder uses cygwin's version of git to check out its git repository, and that should work for you. done
