git-annex cannot build with feed 1.0.0.0, which was uploaded to Hackage on Sat Aug 26 23:56:18 UTC 2017 by AdamBergmark.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Try to build git-annex with cabal install in a cabal sandbox.

What version of git-annex are you using? On what operating system?
