Chunking of bundles/the manifest when using git-remote-annex
does not work. Particularly for a directory
remote set up with chunking enabled, it appears the manifest is populated with the unchunked filename and so the helper reports there being no repository on fetch because it can't find the bundles it needs. Push works, but not fetch/pull.
Was able to verify that after removing the SXXX-CX
portion of the chunked file/folder names (thankfully in my case the size of my data hadn't reached the chunking threshold yet) the repo was once again recognized.
