Since a week or two, git-annex fsck gives a warning that my files (all of them) can be upgraded to an improved key format (SHA256E). However, I use the SHA256E key format as long as I remember and running the proposed command doesn't remove the warning for the next git-annex fsck:

% git-annex fsck documenten/foto_maarten.jpg
fsck documenten/foto_maarten.jpg (checksum...)
documenten/foto_maarten.jpg: Can be upgraded to an improved key format. You can do so by running: git annex migrate --backend=SHA256E documenten/foto_maarten.jpg
ok
(recording state in git...)

% git-annex info documenten/foto_maarten.jpg

% git annex migrate --backend=SHA256E documenten/foto_maarten.jpg
migrate documenten/foto_maarten.jpg (checksum...) (checksum...) ok

% git-annex fsck documenten/foto_maarten.jpg
fsck documenten/foto_maarten.jpg (checksum...)
documenten/foto_maarten.jpg: Can be upgraded to an improved key format. You can do so by running: git annex migrate --backend=SHA256E documenten/foto_maarten.jpg

I'm using git-annex as provided with Debian testing. Currently, that's

Any idea what's going on here and how to solve it? I couldn't find anything so far.
